Inventory and stock control — in development
Nkokwe is the newest product in our suite: inventory and stock control for Zambian retailers, wholesalers, pharmacies and workshops. It is currently in development, and we are working with a small number of businesses to shape it around real trading conditions rather than assumptions.
If stock losses, guesswork on reorder levels, or a stock count that never quite matches the books are costing you money, this is being built for you.
What we are building
- Stock records — products, categories, units and multiple storage locations.
- Goods in and out — purchases, sales, returns and transfers between locations.
- Reorder alerts — minimum levels so fast movers do not run out unnoticed.
- Stock counts — physical counts with variance reporting against system balances.
- Valuation and margins — what your stock is worth and what each line is actually earning.
- Supplier records — purchase history and cost tracking per supplier.
