Software, media and IT for Zambian organisations
We are a technology, media and communications agency based on Cairo Road in Lusaka. Since 2018 we have built software for lenders, churches and businesses across Zambia, and handled the media, marketing and IT work that keeps them running and visible.
Two arms, one team. We build our own products, and we deliver services. Most clients start with one and end up using both.
Our software
Products we own, host and support ourselves — which means when your rules change, we can change the system. Kwacha pricing, local payment and messaging channels, and support you can reach on a Lusaka number.
- Nyali — loan management for microfinance institutions and non-bank lenders. Client records, origination, repayment tracking, arrears ageing, portfolio reporting and a mobile app for field collections.
- Goshen — church management. Membership, cells and ministries, attendance, tithes and offerings, SMS announcements and leadership reports.
- Nkokwe — inventory and stock control for retailers, wholesalers and pharmacies. Currently in development, with early access open.

- Media production & livestreaming — multi-camera streaming, church services, conference coverage, corporate video and photography.
- Bulk SMS & business messaging — SMS bundles, sender IDs, scheduled sends and delivery reports, or SMS built straight into your own system.
- Digital marketing & branding — brand identity, company profiles, print collateral, social media and paid advertising.
- IT support — computers, networks, business email, backups and hosting, on retainer or per call-out.

The common thread is organisations that have outgrown exercise books and spreadsheets, but are not large enough to justify an in-house IT department. We become that department.
How we work
We start with the problem, not the technology. Once we understand what is costing you time or money, we scope it and quote a fixed price with a timeline. No open-ended bills.
You see progress as we go. Work is delivered in stages you can review, rather than disappearing for months and presenting something at the end.
Training and handover are part of the job. Software nobody has been shown how to use is money wasted.
We will tell you when you do not need us. If an off-the-shelf product solves your problem better and cheaper than a custom build, we will say so.
